CMS Inspect software and service license

Effective date: 12 August 2026. Operated by Revibe Digital.

1. License grant

Subject to these terms and an active CMS Inspect account (where required), Revibe Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the CMS Inspect WordPress plugin and/or Joomla package/agent solely to connect websites you own or are authorized to manage to the CMS Inspect service.

2. What you may do

• Install agents on authorized WordPress and Joomla sites.
• Use the hosted dashboard for monitoring, updates, backups, security workflows, and reporting according to your plan.
• Download current stable packages from official CMS Inspect / updates.cmsaura.com channels.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute agent packages except as expressly allowed in writing.
• Reverse engineer, circumvent license/plan controls, or misuse update feeds.
• Use CMS Inspect on sites you are not authorized to administer.
• Remove copyright, attribution, or proprietary notices.

4. Free and paid plans

Core website inventory and dashboard access may be offered free of charge. Advanced operations (including but not limited to updater/installer workflows, security scans, cloud backup uploads, advanced alerting, and reporting automation) require a paid subscription billed per active site or other published metric. Plan features and pricing may change with notice on Pricing.

5. Updates and automatic versioning

Agent packages are distributed via official update endpoints. You are responsible for installing updates appropriate for your environment. CMS Inspect may push compatibility requirements (PHP/CMS versions) through those feeds.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for authorized access credentials, staging/testing before production updates, backup/rollback planning, and verifying compatibility of plugins, themes, extensions, and core releases. CMS Inspect provides tooling and diagnostics but does not guarantee zero downtime or conflict-free updates on third-party software.

7. Data and privacy

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Agents transmit operational telemetry necessary to provide monitoring, command execution, backups, security findings, and reporting.

8. Intellectual property

CMS Inspect software, branding, and related materials remain the property of Revibe Digital and its licensors. No ownership interest is transferred by downloading or installing agents.

9. Warranty disclaimer

Except where prohibited by law, CMS Inspect is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use update, backup, and security features at your own operational risk with appropriate change control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revibe Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for site downtime, data loss, or update conflicts arising from your use of CMS Inspect, except where liability cannot be excluded.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, non-payment, or security risk. On termination you should uninstall agents you no longer intend to use. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimer, liability, governing terms) continue to apply.
