CMS Inspect is operated by Revibe Digital. For data processing matters, Revibe Digital is the service operator referenced in this notice.
Controller and Processor Roles
Customers remain data controllers for their account and connected website data. CMS Inspect acts as a processor where applicable.
Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to provide monitoring, updates, diagnostics, notifications, reporting, and customer support services.
Data Categories
Processing may include account details, website metadata, diagnostic payloads, operational logs, and user-defined notification settings.
Subprocessors
CMS Inspect may use third-party providers for hosting, telemetry, email, and payments, subject to confidentiality and security controls.
Security Controls
We apply safeguards including access restrictions, encrypted transport, audit trails, and role-based authorization practices.
Retention and Deletion
Data is retained for service delivery and legal compliance periods, then deleted or anonymized according to policy.
